Adding, moving, resizing and pinning tools

1. Pick a tool from the toolbar at the bottom of the board. The toolbar keeps your favourite tools; All tools opens every tool in groups (Plan and time, Classroom calm, Community and rewards, Learning helpers). Tap the star next to a tool to keep it in your toolbar or take it off. To arrange the toolbar, open All tools → Customize toolbar (or right-click the toolbar): tap × to remove a tool, drag tools to change their order, Add a tool to pick more (up to 12), Reset for the starting tools, then Done. Your toolbar follows your account to other computers.
2. Move a window by dragging its top bar. Resize it by pulling an edge or corner; everything inside grows or shrinks with it.
3. Click × to close a window.
4. Use the small teal tab above the toolbar to hide or show the toolbar when you need more space.

Pin a tool to keep it exactly where it is: click the pin at the top right of its window (next to ×). The pin turns teal, and the window can't be moved, resized or closed by accident. Pinned tools come back in the same place the next time you open your board on that computer, and a pinned Note keeps its text and colours. Click the pin again to unpin it.

You can open several Notes at once; every other tool opens once and comes to the front if it's already open.
