This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Classroom TA, provided by MAJD HQ Inc. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. Free trial
Every new Classroom TA Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date you were charged. This applies to both monthly ($7.99) and yearly ($95) plans.
3. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at info@majdhq.com and we will help you. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
